HIRE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Here's what you need to know~!

Paying For Your Booking:


We ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking within 7 days of the hire venue being checked (unless otherwise arranged). The remainder of the hireage price can be paid in full or over time using your reference to make it easy to keep track of your payments.

(Please note: It is important to use your hire reference every time you make a payment so we can easily keep track of each one)

All bookings must be paid in full prior to the hire date unless otherwise arranged.


On The Day:


We will send you a txt to the contact number provided to let you know we're on our way. Please ensure children are safe and supervised as their safety is our highest priority.

Setup takes 10 minutes, and we will ask you to sign a waiver stating children will be supervised by a responsible adult and playground rules will be followed. 

We will txt you again when we're on our way to pick the truck up. This gives you time for the kids to have 'one last play'.

Again, please ensure everyone is safe and supervised as we leave.


The Weather:


We are happy to operate in light rain as we can drop the canvas sides of the playground down to stop a lot of the water getting in, however if there is heavy rain or thunder/lightning unfortunately we may need to postpone or cancel your booking with a full refund (including deposit) as it becomes a safety concern.

If the forecast looks bad we will call to discuss the available options and work with you for the best outcome.
